About The Role

Full time- 5 days a week

Between GBP25,00- GBP27,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Based at our office in Horley with a move to Leatherhead, Surrey toward the end of the year.

Country Cousins is a nationwide Care agency and is the longest established introductory live-in care agency in the UK. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a varied and challenging role. Our friendly team is based in Horley, but you will have the flexibility of working from home 2 days a week.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for successfully and appropriately matching our Clients and Carers, as well as retaining our current client base. You will own the relationships with both the Clients and Carers for a specified geographical area (or other appropriate spilt) known as the portfolio.

You will typically manage and coordinate approximately 120 Clients and 100 Carers at any one time. Although this role is very people orientated and managing relationships is key, there will be some KPIs set to drive business and personal performance.

Responsibilities for the role include:

- providing a high level of tailored service by appropriately matching Clients with Carers taking into consideration the Clients needs and Carers suitability

- evaluating the matching process and drive own and team performance and help others improve personal and business performance.

- setting up introductions for Clients to Carers

- understand and deliver KPI's and SLA's specifics

- provide accurate handover to colleagues whilst maintaining a seamless transition so service delivery remains efficient and streamlined

- keep records up to date and accurate

- undertake call out duty as and when required

Your skills and experience will include:

- a confident telephone manner

- the ability to work under pressure within required timeframes and standards

- patience and a caring approach to customer focus

- the ability to be proactive and problem solve

- excellent organisational skills and diary management

- Microsoft Office proficiency - including Excel

- the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

- excellent administration and communication skills and able to give attention to detail

25 days annual leave per year, plus bank holidays and an additional day for your birthday.
