2nd Line Support Analyst

A 2nd Line Support Analyst is required by Whitehall Resources for our client in Lancashire. This is a permanent role and will be suitable for someone who has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Microsoft OS and Office products.

This position will be responsible for supporting our clients users across the UK and will require good customer service skills. An understanding of Networking, SQL and Active Directory would also be good to have.

Microsoft Operating Systems experience
