phone number removed) Are you a Rail Quantity Surveyor with experience working on heavy civils or tunneling projects?   Do you have 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor?   Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team to work on HS2.   Your responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor will include: ·Preparation or assessment of applications, valuations, cost/value reconciliation. ·Cost control and forecasting. ·Preparation and agreement of applications for payment. ·Assisting with Risk and Value Management. ·Prepare supply chain enquiries, negotiate, administer and finalise/close out supply chain contracts.   Location: London + hybrid working Salary: up to £55,000 + up to £6500 travel allowance   Benefits: ·Travel allowance ·Hybrid working (3 days in office) ·5% pension match ·BUPA Healthcare ·25 days leave + bank holidays ·1 x professional membership ·Life & Accident Cover   Requirements: ·RICS/CICES accredited Degree (or equivalent). ·Minimum 4 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the rail industry ·NEC contract experience ·Strong Microsoft Excel skills   This is an exciting opportunity to work on HS2!   If you are interested in applying for this role, please email your CV to me at (url removed) or call me on (phone number removed)
