Revit MEP Technician – MEP / Building Services Bristol – Hybrid / Flexible Working Options £35,000 to £50,000 Revit / MEP / Building Services Design / Revit Technician / CAD This Revit MEP Technician role is to be part of a building services design team delivering innovative and creative solutions. They have a broad spectrum of projects from retail and commercial, through to cutting edge technical and sporting environments and residential. The Role As a Revit MEP Technician you will be responsible for providing Revit and AutoCAD design support including the following: * Develop 3D M&E models and produce necessary drawings using Revit * Keep up to date with the latest software updates, AutoCAD/Revit Standards * Help develop and implement Revit throughout the business. * Working to deadlines whilst producing the highest quality of work * Co-ordinate accurately with all other disciplines including face to face meetings. * Control flow of design information for specific projects into and out of the company Experience Required As a Revit MEP Technician you should have * Varied experience of Revit MEP and construction information technology. * Experience working with Autodesk Revit MEP software * The ability to co-ordinate designs * An interest in digital design tools and scripting to improve efficiency and workflows. * HNC, HND, or BEng in relevant discipline or equivalent experience Benefits Include * 25 days holiday (increasing with service) * Private health * Generous pension * Gym membership * Income protection * Life assurance
