The Role: To analyse and troubleshoot technical issues in relation to IT, networks and media players, communicating any reports to relevant teams. Key duties include: Analyse any technical issues to find the root cause of recurring faults. Proposing a solutions to these technical issues and resolving where possible. Escalating any issues to relevant teams where required. Creating detailed reports on any faults and resolved issues. Assembling test racks and testing hardware. Modifying the configuration of media players. Responding to service tickets. Essential Qualities and Skills: The ability to manage communication between numerous departments effectively. A strong problem solving mentality with the ability to find the root cause of technical issues and come up with a solution. Good all round knowledge of IT and networks. Preferred Qualities and Skills: 3rd line support experience. Knowledge of AV systems. Experience supporting bespoke software applications.
