Air Conditioning Engineer

Benefits of the AC Engineer: * Competitive salary of £45,000+ * Van & fuel card provided * Exciting scope for progression * 1.5x and 2x OT * Company Pension As an AC Engineer, your responsibilities will involve the day to day running of sites around central London covering PPM’s and reactive work. These responsibilities will include: * Provide a service that ensures all equipment is running to optimum performance. * Working on air handling units, fan coil units, air conditioning units, completing filter changes & fault finding * Operate all systems when on-site in a competent, effective, and efficient manner, adhering to relevant guidelines. * Working closely with a team of 5 AC engineers * May have to carry work out in Buckingham Palace and Wembley Park if required. The Company: Our client has 30 years’ experience in this field, with 1,100 projects completed to date and 100,000 assets maintained for our clients. They provide a range of services, including design, installation, and maintenance of building systems across a variety of disciplines and sectors. What experience & qualifications the client is looking for? * FGAS qualification advantageous * City & guilds level 2 in air conditioning & refrigeration preferable * 2-5 years of client facing experience, who has worked in facility maintenance.
