Fabric Technician - Static Site Location: Central London - Single Site My market leading, FM client are hiring a skilled and motivated fabric technician (preferably with electrical knowledge) to join their team, focusing on a single static site in the City of London. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work in a dynamic urban environment. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (plenty of overtime available) £32,000 - £38,000 + company benefitsResponsibilities: General visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal spaces Painting & Decorating Tiling Carpentry Basic plumbing Drainage & flushing Changing light bulbs Emergency light testing Fire alarm/door testing Grouting & Plastering Minor electrical works Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.Requirements: Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting Full right to work in the UK 18th edition or equivalent electrical qualification Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in plumbing, carpentry, or painting & decorating (desirable, though not essential) Able to work independentlyRandstad is an equal opportunity employer.
