Customer Service Executive


As a Customer Service Executive, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager and other team members to ensure our customers receive the exceptional service synonymous with our company's cruise packages. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a passion for communicating effectively with customers, particularly those seeking modifications to their holiday packages. You will be adept at understanding and delivering the care and precision necessary when creating quotes and adjusting customer bookings. Roles and Responsibilities: Handling customer inquiries, including queries about bookings, processing payments, providing general information, etc. Managing post-booking administration tasks Implementing changes to bookings as needed Communicating with customers to provide information about their bookings Fulfilling post-sale activities essential for the company's operations Collaborating both independently and as part of a team to ensure service deliveryRequired Skills: • Essential experience in the travel sector. Job Type: Full-time Salary: £25,000.00 - £28,000.00 per year
