Gas Engineer

Niyaa People are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a team within a well-established housing association completing service and breakdown repairs on a social housing properties in the Warwickshire region and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be awarded with a permanent role with a competitive industry salary, company van and fuel card supplied, overtime options, call out rates, various training, schemes, progression routes and benefits. The Gas Engineer role is: Warwick based Social Housing properties £39,000 + Overtime / Call-Outs (OTE £43,000 - 50,000) Monday - Friday, 39 hour week, early finish on Fridays The successful Gas Engineer will be expected to: Carry out service and maintenance works Carry out works in both tenanted and voided properties Produce gas safety certificates where necessary Benefits to the successful Gas Engineer include: Company van supplied, fully equipped and stocked Early finish on Fridays Employee discount schemes Progression routes Training opportunities Opportunities for overtime We are keen to speak to any Gas Engineers who hold the following: Full domestic ACS - CCN1, CENWAT, MET1, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1 NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds equivalent Gas safe registration Social housing experience DBS Check Full UK Driving License If this position is of interest to you and you would like to know more, please apply below.
