Logical are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a family-owned Construction contractor, they are Manchester based but primarily working across commercial, education, retail, and private sectors. We are seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor immediately to be office based with flexible working patterns as they would be some travel to sites across the North/Midlands areas. Working and feeding in to the MD who also has a solid line of experience as a QS himself, they will be plenty of support, The Ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor should be enthusiastic and have the ambition to progress in their career. You will be offered responsibility to comfort you, depending in which direction you are looking to lead your career with. The Benefits for you! The package includes a basic salary of £60,000-£70,000 dependant on experience. They are happy to introduce themselves and talk and negotiate packages that suit your needs.
