Coating Technician

Role – Coating Technician Location – Newport Salary - £25,000 – £29,000 Shift – 7:30am – 4:30pm (12:30pm Friday finish) Permanent Position Overtime available This is an excellent opportunity for a Coating Technician to join an established engineering company based in Newport. This market leading engineering business, operating in a wide range of industries including aerospace, defence, automotive and transportation. Main responsibilities: Responsible for quality of work and level of production Ensure that components are coated accordingly to the quality standards / process documents for each application Inspect parts before and after processing to ensure preceding operations have been carried out correctly and to verify that your own work has met the required standards Good housekeeping of own work area and contribute to the general upkeep of the working environment.
