Computer Science Teacher

KS3/4 Computing Science St Helens Full time ASAP Prospero Teaching are looking for a creative Computer Science Teacher to join a secondary school in St Helens. This role is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible until Easter 2024 and there is potential that it could be possibly longer. You will also be expected to teach key stage 3 and 4. The successful candidate will be able to provide exceptional support to students and demonstrate good behaviour and classroom assistant/management. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location - St Helens Position - Computer Science Teacher Start date - asap Duration - on going Contract type - Full Time Minimum rate of pay - £120 per day Hours - 8:15AM - 4:00PM Monday to FridayEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Relevant teaching qualification Previous experience working in a school Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, training can be provided) Up to date Prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, training can be provided)TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related referencesIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV.
