IT Security Specialist

Essential IT Security Specialist Skills: * Experience with incident troubleshooting and escalation. * Windows Server administration. * User Access privileges. * Knowledge of networks and physical infrastructure. * Strong customer service ethic. * Excellent verbal and written Communication skills * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * A working knowledge of Cyber and IT Security concepts and practices. * Able to lead and influence projects and services. * Experience of security-related software such as Zscaler, Darktrace, M365. * Knowledge of reporting software including Splunk and SolarWinds. * Knowledge of vulnerability testing software including Nessus.
