Electrical Maintenance Technician - Temporary Shotton 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday Overtime available We require an electrical Maintenance Technician to work for one of our clients based in Shotton . You will be maintaining chemical manufacturing equipment such as ... * Experience with Allen Bradley Control/Compact Logix OR Siemens S7 PLC’s is essential. * AC or DC Invertor drives, fault finding, commissioning, and programming. * Thorough understanding of relay logic and the ability to fault find from Engineering drawings - P&ID’S, Electrical Schematics, and control loop diagrams. * Instrumentation knowledge, maintaining and fault finding control loops. * Some knowledge of industrial communication protocols I.e. DeviceNet / Profibus / Profinet / TCP/IP. * Some SCADA and HMI development experience. * Methodical fault finding skills are essential. * Good knowledge of health and safety. You would be expected to supply your own general tool kit. This would suit someone with a limited company although help in setting up a limited company can be provided You will be working on a temporary basis as a sub contractor through out Client Mechspan Engineering This position has been advertised with the permission of the client and all health and safety requirements would be covered by them at induction
