Quantity Surveyor x4 Aldermaston 18-month contract - 90% WFH Pay Rate - £45.21/hour Umbrella OR £33.65/hour PAYE Inside IR35 Several Quantity Surveyors are required to join a Defence client working on an 18-month contract in Aldermaston. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the project team in developing the appropriate project procurement strategies and tender documentation, as well as record keeping, change managing, managing the contractor incentive model, and supporting the preparation of specifications including the scope of works, among other responsibilities. The successful candidate will have end to end knowledge on the pre-contract side, public procurement experience, as well as a strong Quantity Surveying background.
