Social Media Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join a brand-new, strategic growth marketing agency. Working across a wide range of industries, such as technology, renewables, construction and property, you’ll join us as we grow our portfolio. We’re seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Executive / Content Curator to champion our client’s social media output as well as our own. This position is permanent and full-time, and you will report to our Client Services Director. Duties and responsibilities: * Understanding client KPIs and defining them specifically for social media * Creating and implementing engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and TikTok * Developing monthly content calendars to promote us and our clients * Collaborating with designers to provide attractive and informative content * Using social media tools when monitoring and managing social media content * Keeping up with technologies used in social media and new ways of curating and creating content * Establishing strong relationships with clients, industry professionals and influencers * Writing optimised blog posts and site copy that appeals to specific audiences & benefit SEO * Developing clear documentation for briefing our design team on specific requirements * Reporting on social media results and working with the wider team to make recommendations to optimise performance Skills and attributes: * Excellent communication (written and verbal) * Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills * Ambitious individual with a 1-2 years’ experience * Strong understanding of marketing principles * A good understanding of Google Analytics and social media platform analytics * Copywriting skills with an adaptable writing style * Ability to prioritise, self-organise and meet deadlines Impress us with: * Knowledge and experience in creating social media content that delivers results * Desirable client and project management skills * Experience in email marketing * Strong research and reporting abilities Benefits: * Competitive salary * Access to employee share scheme * Pension * Flexible hours * Remote working Apply now for immediate interview
