Degree in Surveying or Member of Chartered Institute of Building Membership or equivalent Knowledge of the Construction Design and Management Regulations Experience in building surveying and specifically stock condition surveying Experience preparing specifications, design drawings and schedules of work for building related maintenance and refurbishment Experienced in the use of computer based building asset management systems Interested in this Building Surveyor position?
