As a Mortgage Processor, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage applications, liaising with solicitors and third parties to ensure loan compliance. On a day-to-day, you will: Liaise with solicitors and third parties to ensure loan conditions and documentation requirements are met. Maintain accurate records of borrower information and loan details. Address and resolve loan completion inquiries from solicitors promptly and professionally. Collaborate effectively with third parties to ensure smooth processing of mortgage applications. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements accordingly. Ensure timely acquisition of required post-completion documentation. To be considered you will have: Experience in financial services.
