Workshop Controller - Prestige Paint & Body Centre OTE: £54,000 per annum 45 hours per week Location: Cirencester GL7 Benefits * Excellent salary plus bonus * 28 days annual leave (Inclusive bank holidays) * Workplace pension scheme * Free Training and Development Academy * Employee long service rewards (Inc. additional holiday) * Free uniform (and PPE) * Life insurance * Performance related bonus About the role As Workshop Controller you will * Plan and organising workflows * Ensure maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams * Undertake quality inspections * Deal with customers over rework claims * Undertake staff reviews * Work closely with vehicle damage assessors to achieve optimum sales Working closely with vehicle damage assessment and parts teams, you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performance What we look for * The drive and passion to deliver high quality repairs and customer outcomes * Someone who can work as part of a team with minimal supervision * Knowledge of 'prestige' vehicle repair methods with an ability to maximise repair opportunities * Commercial awareness - ability to maximise productivity/profit * Willingness to embrace best practices * Prestige vehicle technical qualifications * Hands-on experience with of at least two workshop disciplines; must include vehicle panel technician About you Highly organised with a detailed understanding of prestige vehicle repair methods and a proven track record of leading bodyshop production teams. You will adopt a collaborative approach with a 'right-first-time' focus on repair quality. Your ability to plan and organise workflows will have played a key role in your career development.
