Quantity Surveyor Milton Keynes £60,000 - £75,000.00 per annum Quantity Surveyor required for a very well established Construction firm who work within the fit out and refurb sector with new schools and commercial projects - with 3 offices UK wide we are looking for you to work from Milton keynes Quantity Surveyor Position Overview You will be required to perform a variety of procurement tasks which include; estimating, buying, tendering, pricing, liaising with suppliers, sourcing materials, negotiating terms, site visits and purchasing. Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager who has experience in the construction industry with previous preconstruction & estimating experience. Package * Salary £60,000 - £75,000 (Dependant on experience) * Pensions scheme * Annual leave * Additional benefits to be discussed Position Requirements · MRICS qualified * Over 5 years' working as a QS within the construction industry (UK) * Proven experience of delivering projects and at tender stage · Proven experience working with all types of JCT contracts * A-Level, HND, NVQ or Degree level qualified * Excellent mathematical skills * Good organisational and administrative skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook * Self-motivated personality. * Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude. * Organisation and time management skills.
