They are family owned and run by two generations and have built a strong reputation and a wealth of experience in this prestigious sector. My client work mainly in Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Mayfair and Belgravia and they specialise in the refurbishment of prime residential dwellings in the centre of London, including basement formation and major structural alterations. With almost no staff turnover, my client are proven to be a great employer who are passionate about their staff. They are currently seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager, to manage multiple high end residential projects in central London under the supervision of incredibly experienced Contract Directors. Successful candidates will have high end residential experience gained on London projects. This position offers genuine opportunity for progression into a Contracts Director role in the future.
