A Secondary School based in Newham are looking for an experienced SEND Teacher to join their team on a school contract. This position is being offered on a full-time basis and starts ASAP Benefits • Free parking • Free breakfast for staff before 7:45am • Pension scheme • Access to free training courses and support during term time and on training days Responsibilities • Promote good progress and outcomes whilst supporting pupils individual needs for learning. • Demonstrate a sound knowledge of working with children who require additional support • Plan and teach well-structured lessons and provide resources to support learning • Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils • Make accurate and productive use of assessment • Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment Requirements • Must hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications for the UK • Must hold the Right to work in the UK • Must hold an enhanced DBS or be willing to process one • Must be able to provide a minimum of 2 professional references to cover the last 2 years If you are interested, please email your CV to us immediately
