Mortgage & Protection Advisor - Elmbridge Area / Surrey Salary: Basic £30,000 CA £3400 OTE Uncapped - Generous commission structure with realistic OTE £60K+ Hybrid after probation period - M-F role   Our Client, a very well regarded Estate Agency in Surrey is seeking talented individuals to join their team as Mortgage/Protection Advisers and Protection Specialists.   Candidates should live within the Elmbridge or Guildford Area of Surrey for close proximity to the offices. This role will be a Soft Hybrid after probation, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and cater to the increasing volume of enquiries from sales and lettings offices.   Requirements: Experience/qualification in Mortgage and Protection advice preferred CeMap Qualified Estate agency experience advantageous Positive attitude and dedication to client satisfaction is very important Benefits: Competitive basic salary Uncapped commission earning potential Supportive and familial work culture Opportunities for career development and growth Responsibilities: Business development and relationship building in allocated offices Full-time positions, Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6 pm)  You can work Saturdays - no obligation.
