Recruitment Consultant - Industrial / Commercial

Are you a Recruitment Consultant currently working in the Industrial or Commercial Sector? Our client is looking for an ambitious 360-degree Recruitment Consultant with experience in either the Industrial or Commercial sector to grow an existing temp desk and make it their own and be recognised for that growth. You will receive excellent support from an existing team and the full backing of a leading national recruitment agency. Responsibilities: * Develop relationships with new and existing clients. * Canvass the area for new business opportunities. * Manage the existing temp plan to fulfil the client’s needs. * Identify, source, interview to create talent pools of available candidates. * Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients. * Meet and exceed sales targets achievable targets. * What is required: * Ideally have at least 12 months’ experience in recruitment, preferably in the industrial or commercial sectors. * Be able to develop new business both over the phone and face to face. * Experience in managing and growing a temp desk. * Have strong customer focussed interpersonal skills? * Be a team player, but also able to work on your own initiative. * Be able to use recruitment software, job boards and Microsoft Office * What you can expect: * A basic salary of between £27,000 and £30,000 (dependant on experience) * Uncapped commission structure with no Threshold * Company car (After qualifying period) * Up to 29 days holiday plus bank holidays * Career Progression and support of a major brand. * Company Pension scheme / Share purchase options If this sounds like you and you feel like you could be the one to make a difference then apply now to recieve to call back
