HR Advisor


Are you an HR advisor looking to gain more exposure in an internationally expanding privately owned SME that is moving to a model of operational excellence?  You will be working as the HR advisor supported by an HR Co-Ordinator and HR Director within a business of c 160 employees. They are a team, so great team working ethos is essential! Hybrid (3 days in the office and flex start times available) HR Advisor – 12-Month Maternity Cover HR Advisor responsibilities include: Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies Training hiring managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques Assisting with and developing recruitment campaigns Monitoring key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates Negotiating terms and conditions of employment with staff Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data for reporting trends Identifying development needs and supporting the HR coordinator Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations Supporting the HR Director with various complex capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary Taking the lead on lower-level Employee Relation cases Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation’s objectives With your CIPD Level 5 qualification, and previous experience as an HR advisor, consultant or similar, this role will be a great working culture to thrive in.  If this HR Advisor opportunity sounds of interest, then forward your CV today to Cressida Courtney or follow the link and apply online.
