Fabric Engineer

Temp Fabric engineer Umbrella Start asap – potentially ongoing for 3 months. My client is looking for a Fabric Handyperson to work on a commercial building based in North London You will work Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm General Duties * Door maintenance and repair * Basic Plumbing repairs * Tiling patch repairs, wall and floor * Temporary repairs to flooring carpets, lino and screeds * Suspended ceiling repairs * Shelving racking * Lock changes/repairs * External repairs i.e. patch brickwork. * Comply with company QA and Departmental procedures. * Keep and maintain all company issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner. * Assist in the preparation of emergency and contingency plans * Ensure accurate records appertaining to all planned preventative maintenance and the emergency repairs completed. * Oversee all site activities, both maintenance and project specific and ensure all safety aspects are managed and monitored in accordance with site procedures and requirements. * Perform all duties in line with current health and safety legislation and company policy with relevance to safe working practices and the storage of chemicals.
