SEMH Teaching Assistant responsibilities:
You will be required to provide valuable 1-1 support for two children in Year 4 with social, emotional and mental health needs and occasional, challenging behaviour. You will be expected to support the teaching and learning of this pupil academically and most importantly help manage their social and behavioural difficulties. You must follow the school s policies and procedures. This position is to commence ASAP and will be a long-term position until the end of the academic year and potentially beyond. The pupil has a diagnosis of autism and ADHD and requires support accessing the mainstream curriculum and socialising with peers.
