HR Generalist


A pioneer organisation in battery cell research and battery technology development is currently looking for a HR Generalist to join their team! The successful candidate will deal with various HR queries throughout the business.

The HR Generalist will:
  • Update data basis, arrange interviews, conduct interviews, inductions, employment offers.
  • Review and update job descriptions.
  • Projects relating to culture, employee engagements, succession planning.
  • Update and monitor key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates.
  • Contract variation letters, employment termination letters, formal processes i.e. disciplinaries, grievances.

The HR Generalist will have:
  • Degree qualified or CIPD qualification.
  • Previous experience of working in an HR function.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong MS Office and Outlook skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
