Live Role: Quantity Surveyor role 🔶Projects: Leisure & Retail (fast track fit out) 🔶Location: Mixture of WFH & Site Visits (Predominantly London & SE) 🔶Salary & Package: c.£65,000 - £75,000 + car + fuel mileage + healthy bonus (performance related) + package 🔶The Company: circa £25mil turnover fit out and refurb contractor 🔶Previous Placements Within The Business ✅ The role: Preferred applicants should possess a valid driver's license to enable site visits across the UK, predominantly focusing on the outskirts of the M25 and Southern regions. This role entails operating from live sites outside the main headquarters, with intermittent visits to headquarters and remote work from home. Key responsibilities involve analyzing Bills of Quantities (BoQs), segmenting them into trade packages, managing inquiries, generating comparative documents, issuing orders, conducting on-site measurements, and overseeing material procurement. Additionally, responsibilities include arranging meetings with suppliers and clients and delivering monthly reports, such as completed Cost Value Comparisons (CVCs), directly to the board of directors. Experience in leisure and retail fit-out is preferred, and candidates must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, reporting directly to the board of directors.
