Senior Structural Design Engineer

Blueprint Recruitment is working with a multidisciplinary Consultancy, who are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join them on a permanent staff basis to operate in the Birmingham office. The selected Structural Engineer will play a crucial role in the design and analysis of various Structural projects whilst ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Complete Concept and Feasibility studies for projects Assist and mentor team members to promote development Design and specify all aspects of Structural works Producing design deliverables, including drawings, specifications and site surveys Working in a multi-disciplinary team where you will lead and oversee deliverables Build positive client relationships and help identify business opportunitiesKey Requirements: Strong all-round technical design expertise Familiarity with the Birmingham area A degree in Structural Engineering Ability to maintain and develop good relationships with clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work as part of a team and independently when necessary Previously led the Structural Engineering delivery of projects Ability to prepare bids and proposals Able to make decisions and act on your own initiativeBenefits: A competitive salary Access to the company's benefits scheme Flexible working arrangements will be accommodated A generous amount of holiday allowanceTo be considered for this role you must already have Authorisation to Work in the UK
