Team Leader - Grounds Maintenance

Team Leader Barnstaple Resourcing Group are working with a Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Contractor based nr Tiverton. They work with local authority, Mod, Domestic and Commercial Clients. They are looking to appoint a Team Leader for their Barnstaple Mobile Teams My client is looking either an experienced team leader. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Provide leadership and direction operational staff within the Grounds Maintenance service area Drive the Crew Van - which is able to be located where you live. Manage a team of 3 people Responsible for all operational issues including the scheduling and planning of maintenance activities. promote biodiversity and sustainable land management principles. take before and after photos. The Candidate To be considered for this role you will require: An advanced understanding and experience of the technical aspects of the Grounds Maintenance Service Extensive supervisory experience of managing a team horticultural experience, knowledge Fully clean driving licence ideally spaying licences ideally nvq 2 horticulture PA1 & PA6 spraying certificate Trailer use and experienceThis is a full time role which will become permanent after 12 weeks.
