Business Development Advisor

Do you have excellent communication skills, written and verbal? Can you Confidently prioritise and work on your own initiative? Sales background is prefered ecruitment or Accountancy background would be an advantage Lytham £25k with bonus opportunity Monday to Friday You will use the above skills to maintain regular communications with business contacts to remain 'front of mind' and encourage increased business Develop communications plans and ensure planned activities are completed On-board new business, assess business potential, and develop plan to secure additional business Secure qualified contacts Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date with accurate and relevant information to assist with Business Development and Marketing communications Liaise with internal departments to resolve contractor and agency queries Collate and send out merchandise and Point of Contact packs to agencies This business puts people first so you will be supported and attend regular training sessions relevant to the role to improve business development relationships and skills Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
