Conduct thorough inspections and proficiently troubleshoot any issues that arise. Keep clients informed of project developments and maintain detailed records of activities. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold high standards of workmanship. Utilize IT systems to accurately record tasks and project-related information. Qualifications and Experience: Certification in FGAS & ODS regs, with relevant Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or construction. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in IT systems.
