Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Team Teach Qualified Position: Learning Support Assistant Location: Wolverhampton College, Wolverhampton, UK Days of Work: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Requirements: Must be Team Teach qualified Available to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and ThursdaysResponsibilities: Provide support to students with additional needs in classroom and individual settings Implement Team Teach strategies to manage challenging behavior effectively Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized support plans Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all timesQualifications and Skills: Team Teach qualification is essential Experience working with individuals with additional needs preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamContract Positions   eXede Ltd is acting as an Employment Business and the successful applicant will be engaged by the agency on a PAYE basis.
