BSL Teaching Assistant

We are seeking Teaching Assistants with British Sign Language Knowledge and experience to join us in our partnered school to support children to fully access the curriculum and to thrive. If you are passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting students with Hearing Impairments, we want to hear from you! As a British Sign Language Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Supporting children with Hearing Impairments to develop their knowledge and usage of British Sign Language Creating a calm and positive learning environment Build a positive relationship with children you are working with Support children with communication needs and development across the classroom To be considered for this role, you must have: A British Sign Language Qualification Experience working with children with SEND Passionate about supporting children to achieve and excel A can do attitude About the school Our partnered school caters for pupils aged 2 to 19 with severe to profound multiple learning difficulties.
