Our comprehensive range of contract packing services have been developed and tailored in response to the requirements of our clients. Our Lutterworth site are now recruiting for a Goods In/Goods Out Team Leader on a full time basis. Shift: Any 5 from 7 rotating - 06:00am-14:00pm / 14:00pm-22:00pm on a weekly rotation.  Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum. Job Description To lead a team, servicing the Production Area with the off-loading and loading of Stock, Finished Goods and Packaging for products produced at IPS Lutterworth(Chilled), through the control and knowledge of Product Specifications, in accordance with QA and Food Safety standards. To effectively motivate a team of people to meet the needs of the operation. Ensures product quality, integrity and traceability at all times through the utilisation and control of the IPS Quality Procedures. Reports and communicates effectively all issues affecting the Despatches and Deliveries. Ensures that all finished products and donor stocks maintain their Traceability at all times and in accordance with all Production and Quality Procedures. Ensures that the reporting of finished goods and donor stock levels are accurate and that the practice of stock rotation is in accordance with the IPS Quality Procedures. Together with the Planning Team carry out Periodic Stock takes as directed by the Production Manager. Ensure the final product meets client specifications (SPI) Effectively use the integrated management systems (VISION) and WMS. To adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations To ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures To ensure that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and external. To ensure GMP (good manufacturing practices) and housekeeping (clean as you go) are strictly adhered to Qualifications The ability to consistently reach and exceed targets on several lines throughout the Copack Operation The ability to communicate effectively to the team on issues relating to the task The ability to work unsupervised.
