Telesales Executive


We are a leading dental company looking for a Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team at our Northampton Head Office. In this proactive role, you will play a vital part in supporting the National Sales Manager and the external Sales Team by developing sales growth from within our existing customer base and identifying new opportunities. What you'll do: * Make outbound sales development phone calls to existing and new customers * Develop strong relationships with dental professionals and build consistent sales * Identify sales opportunities within your designated customer base * Deliver key company marketing messages to target customers * Develop targeted customer lists based on your outreach efforts * Profile key competitor customer targets to identify potential new business * Work collaboratively with the External Sales Team to review existing activity (e.g., Terms Reviews, Key Account Targets, Buying Group targets) What you'll bring: * Minimum 1 year of telesales or B2B sales experience * A strong understanding of the dental industry (preferred but not essential) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * The ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers * A positive and professional attitude with a drive to succeed * A target-driven approach with a focus on results * Proven ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office We offer: * Competitive salary and commission structure * Comprehensive product training and development opportunities * A chance to work within a dynamic and growing company * Be part of a team dedicated to improving oral health
