Temporary Technical Coordinator

ACR are working with an award winning, premium residential developer who aspire to become the house builder of choice in Kent. Due to a bast pipeline of work, they are looking to recruit a temporary Technical Coordinator for 6-8 weeks. Main duties include: * Proficient in AutoCAD – the main part of the role is to update their standard house type drawings to fully co-ordinate, be to brick dimension and also update internal layout changes they wish to make. * Undertake Part O overheating calculation (using a simplified spreadsheet) This is an immediate start.
