Quantity Surveyor

We have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable house builder based in Kent. As you would expect working for a national house builder, you will work in a busy and successful team who have a large portfolio of projects located across Kent. Duties include: * Collating and issuing tender packs for sub-contractor work packages * Negotiation and analysis of Sub contractor tender returns * Producing tender analysis for subcontract work packages * Completion of Subcontract orders and variations * Subcontract payments, variations, and final accounts * Completing Monthly CVRs and cost reporting * Cost reporting and budget control * Attending site project meetings * Responsible for project lead with HA, including prepare and issue monthly HA valuations, cash flow forecasts, key date trackers Benefits include: * £5,500 car allowance * 10% bonus scheme * Agile working For more information, please get in contact with ACR
