You will be assisting individuals through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible. The main house offers a large comfortable lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, quiet room and conservatory as well as a meeting area and activities room. You will be helping with their Progression through a care pathway to live as independently as possible. You will have the full support of a team of multi-disciplinary professionals. The candidate: What you'll need to be successful as Learning Disability Support Worker A desire to create positive outcomes for young people with Learning disabilities Driver with access to own vehicle is desirable Empathetic, caring and resilient nature At least 6 months experience of working within a social care settingInterested?
