Clinical Lead Nurse - £60,000 - Abingdon

Role: Clinical Lead Nurse Setting: Care Home Location: Abingdon Hours: 40 hours per week (12 of these working alongside the nursing team) Salary: £60,000 Amber Mace are working with a fantastic care provider who are currently looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team at a beautiful award winning care home in Abingdon. The home rated 'Outstanding' are looking for a dedicated, motivated and passionate qualified Senior Nurse/Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager/Nurse Manager to support the Home Manager in continuing to provide care of the highest standard. The ideal candidate for my client is someone who is passionate and dedicated to providing outstanding care, leads by example and has excellent clinical skills and experience. As an integral part of the management team you will work with the Home Manager ensuring the effective operation and delivery of the homes services. You will be dedicated in ensuring the home's fantastic reputation for providing excellent levels of care to the residents and ensuring the home continues to exceed the CQC's standards. As the successful Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for recruitment, inductions, staff appraisals etc and ensure the team are continually developed and trained to a high standard to ensure the best possible person centred care is delivered to the residents.
