As the cornerstone of the Director Relations team, your week will be structured around a Monday to Friday schedule, with 37.5 hours dedicated to fostering strong relationships and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction among the company's esteemed directors. There are no qualifications required for this role, however the ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years' experience in customer service, demonstrating a track record of confidently navigating complex problems with poise and diplomacy. Proficient in IT along with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including senior executives. In this role, your ability to think on your feet and provide solutions will be paramount. A keen eye for detail and the capacity to work autonomously are essential, as is the ability to maintain composure under pressure. Your proactive approach to problem-solving will be instrumental in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in director relations.
