Senior Site Manager/Project Manager – Cladding Project – Flagship Scheme Salary: £75k-£80k plus package or £300-£350pd Location: North London   Our client, a well-established Design, Build, Fit-Out, and Refurbishment contractor, specialising in providing construction and engineering solutions for customers nationwide across a variety of sectors, including Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Industrial & Manufacturing, Commercial Office, Public Buildings & Estates and Education.   Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Site or Project Manager to lead a flagship residential scheme in North London. This is an 18-month project on behalf of a key client. Due to the new cladding & fire regulations, you will be responsible for overseeing a total overhaul of the existing cladding and replacing it with brand-new cladding.   As the Senior Site or Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the project from inception through to completion, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
