Our client is actively seeking a dynamic and ambitious Care Coordinator for the Witney, Oxfordshire area. This role offers an exciting chance to work with a family-run employer, where your contributions will be valued and appreciated. Seeking Care Co-ordinator with knowledge of rostering process and spot checks, experience with Person centred care planning and risk assessments, & holds NVQ level 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care. Mainly this is office based with only covering care calls as and when needed. The role would also require for you to manage the office in absence of Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, speaking to multi agencies regarding the services users, i.e GP’s, Physio & Occupational Therapists, Social workers and Advocates. Benefits: Free parking BUPA Health Minds Scheme NVQ/QCF Training provided free of charge Pension scheme Key Responsibilities: Reviewing Domiciliary Carers Staff Files Creating and managing staff rotas efficiently Handling daily changes to rotas and ensuring all care calls are covered Providing cover for holiday and urgent care calls as necessary Assisting in rostering and updating Care Plans using the new system Ensuring all outstanding care visits for weekends and Mondays are covered by Friday close of business Requirements: Experience as a Care Coordinator or Senior Care worker or Supervisor in the community (desirable) Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills Proficient computer/IT skills In-depth knowledge of the Care sector Previous experience in Domiciliary Care preferred If you believe you possess the experience, skills, and passion for this role, and would like to be considered for an interview, we encourage you to apply.
