Demolition/strip out site manager/supervisor needed to start in central London for a minimum of three months. salary is negotiable de pending on experience and qualifications. Job spec: * you will be working closely together with the contracts and project manager. * Will be responsible for managing labour on site and the trades working for the company. * Timekeeping is essential, must be able to ensure that the project is delivered on time or before deadline. * Supervising general soft strip works. * To be required to maintain communication between the client and project manager on site. Requirements: * Gold or black CCDO a card * SMSTS * Asbestos awareness * PASMA Tickect (not essential) * Three day first aid course. * Minimum of two years experience in similar role within the industry. * Two year checkable reference.
