Account Coordinator Weekends - Romanian Speaking


IMMEDIATE START We are currently recruiting a part time Romanian speaking Account Coordinator to join our team based on site in Nuneaton with an immediate start. You will need to be available to work minimum of 20 hours per week, including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays. (Friday & Monday office based - Saturday and Sunday will be working from home)  Hours of work:  minimum 20 hrs weekly/ part time job/ hybrid job including weekends Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour. Location: Nuneaton (CV10)  The Account Coordinator will be working as part of a fast-paced onsite team, focusing on recruiting for our client.    Job Role Includes:  * Fulfilling daily volume requirements from the client by booking candidates in to work * Checking in staff at the beginning of their shift and backfilling of absences * Being responsible for the day to day administration as and when required * Assisting with the on-call phone on a rotational basis * Managing compliance requirements * Providing a positive experience for our client and candidates by dealing with any queries quickly and efficiently Who are we looking for? * Reliable, Positive, Resilient & Honest * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Fluent Romanian * You will ideally have experience within the recruitment, although this is not essential * You will be able to build and maintain both client and customer relationships * Able to work both independently and working within a team   Full training and laptop will be provided. Please note - The ability to speak Romanian fluently is essential for this role
