Junior Administrator/Operator - Freight Forwarding Basildon, Essex Full time, Permanent position weekdays Salary: 17,880 - £23,795.20 per annum Role: Our client is looking for a confident Administrator with excellent attention to detail and accuracy - you will have the best opportunity to learn a new industry, become a part of a fully involved, friendly team and be given constant support & guidance. The role will involve getting to know and communicate with Customers overseas, various contacts within the company from Sales to Accounts etc., and learn the in's and out's of the freight forwarding industry being the intermediary between the company who makes the shipment and the final destination for the goods. Experience required: You must have a min. 1 years administrative experience and proficient using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook and some experience on the phones speaking with customers/clients daily.
