NURSING HOME MANAGER

Our client is looking for a Home Manager to lead a medium-sized nursing home in Cleveland, specialising in care for older people and dementia patients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a private and reputable care provider. As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a basic salary of £55,000, which is reviewed annually. You'll also have up to 33 days of annual leave and the opportunity to develop and progress within the company. As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing the finances and budgets of the home. Ensuring the smooth daily running of the home. Leading, motivating, and inspiring your teams to deliver high-quality care. Exceeding the internal quality expectations and those of the CQC. Good longevity and experience of working in care homes for Older People.
