Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor  Area: Wimbledon Salary: £35k – 45k My client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Wimbledon, they are a high-end residential property build company. Working closely with the Commercial Manager duties will include: Position Overview Assist with contract packages Account Management Buying Materials and deal with the procurement method Client Validation Assisting with subcontractor Processing payment applications More specific duties will depend on the level of the individual as the role can be tailored appropriately. Position Requirements Degree or HND/ Degree in discipline involving Quantity Surveying (Advantage) Previous experience as Quantity Surveyor Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
