Site Manager – High End Residential A forward thinking, tech savvy and established High-End residential building and refurbishment main contractor is looking to add a hardworking Site Manager to their team.  The successful Site Manager will join an intimate team specialising in bespoke residential one-off builds and refurbishment projects throughout Surrey, the home counties, London and Surrey, The company have recently secured over £12 million pounds worth of new work with multiple more tenders out and current projects still ongoing.   The company  The company are a tight knight team who are focused on delivering a brilliant end-product whilst working in a supportive, no blame culture type environment.  They’ve been established for over 10 years delivering high end residential new builds and refurbishments across prime central London, Surrey and the home counties.  With a proven methodology in delivering a level above in terms of finish, they’re a collaborative bunch that want success for the team and client.  The Site Manager’s Role  The successful site manager will be based on site near Guilford.  You will be responsible for day to day running of the site - A £3million new build project on a steep, complex and confined site. You’ll have the support of a floating contracts manager and a direct line into the construction director. The Site Manager – Requirements  High end residential experience New Build experience  SMSTS Excellent organisational & team management skills Good computer skills A previous joinery / carpentry background is beneficial.
